| Thu 27th Nov 2008 Expressions of interest sought - official club positions We are currently seeking Coaches, Assistant Coaches & Managers for the Open Rules, Modified Rules teams. | Wed 1st Oct 2008 LJFC Monster Raffle Results The club would again like to recognise major sponsor Debbie Lanario of The Good Guys Joondalup for her fantastic donation of prizes which were used in this year's Club Monster Raffle. The raffle was a huge success with over 5000 tickets sold with lots of help from players, parents and supporters in maximising the $$ raised from this event. We would also like to thank Andrew Jackson and Mike Pritchard for the original idea and organisation of the prizes, as well as Mick Potter and Sharon Southall for an excellent effort in assisting the club sell tickets at club events and external to the club. A great effort from all - thankyou. | Mon 22nd Sep 2008 Modifieds Coach of the Year - Colin Dempster EP District Fairest & Best Results In what is usually a fiercely contested end of season fairest & best count for the East Perth District, the Landsdale Junior Football Club would like to congratulate the following players on their excellent achievements in their respective vote counts for season 2008; Nicholas Nylander (13's) - 8th Lochlann Kunzli-Rix (14's) - 3rd Jimmy Deering / Luke Waterhouse (17's) - equal 6th Well done boys on an excellent season in the Rockets jumper, and your achievements in being recognised at the district level. The club would also like to recognise one of our 12's coaches, in Colin Dempster as he took out the Modified Ages Coach of the Year for the district which is a true reflection of his efforts as a coach and person in and around the club. | Wed 10th Sep 2008 D Grade Grand Final - Winners The Landsdale Junior Football Club, Committee, Coaches, Managers and players would like to congratulate the D Grade League side in winning their Grand Final recently against Ballajura. The win sees them move into C Grade next year, and brings the first flag back to the club in their first season under the new Kingsway banner. | Tue 1st Jan 2008 Boot Exchange There is now a box with second hand football boots at the club. Bring in your old boots and exchange them for a pair that fit or donate them to other families to use. A gold coin donation is requested for any boots taken. All proceeds will be donated to charity at the end of the season.  | |
